Shipping

National shipments: Once stock is confirmed, shipments are made by courier with an estimated delivery time of 4 working days for shipments within the peninsula.

International shipments (Spain): Once stock is confirmed, shipments are made by courier with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 days. You can place your orders from any country in Europe, North America, and South America* as well as from Saudi Arabia, Japan, and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery time are determined by the destination and weight. The corresponding shipping costs will be indicated at the time of purchase confirmation.

All countries outside the European Union are subject to paying their respective state taxes, for which the Virginia Vald brand is not responsible. Countries such as the UK, Switzerland, or Norway: please note that customs duties must be paid for merchandise entry, which the customer must cover.

Payment

You can pay for your order with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit or debit card. We also accept bank transfers and PayPal. Payment is processed through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution.

Returns

RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS, SALE PURCHASES, AND PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES.

If you are not satisfied with any of the items received, or you receive a damaged item due to a production defect, you can request an exchange or return for your women’s collection order within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the item has not been washed or used and is still in its original packaging with its original label.

You must send an email to ibiza@virginiavald.com with your order details and the reason for the return or exchange. Once the details have been verified, you can proceed with sending the item to be returned, always within the specified days.

Once the return is received at our offices and the condition of the item is verified, a monetary refund for the returned item will be processed in the same way it was paid for.

Only in the case where the item is returned due to a manufacturing defect or a size/color/model error on our part, will the return shipping costs be covered by us.

If the purchase was made during a sale and/or promotion, returns of the purchased item are accepted for exchange with another item of the same or similar value.

If a promotional purchase included a gift, you may keep the gift. In this case, the return and reshipping costs will be covered by us.

By law, the refund must be made within a maximum of 14 days from when the customer communicates the withdrawal, but it may be withheld until the product is received at our facilities.

Orders that are returned will not be refunded in cash; you have 15 days to exchange it for another item of the same value.

Virginia Vald will cover the return shipping but not the shipping of the exchange item.
