EXANGES AND RETURNS

Minimum Order Amount Accepted for Exchanges and Returns

Virginia Vald only accepts exchanges and returns for items with a value exceeding €50 (excluding shipping costs).

Validity Period

Exchanges and returns are only accepted within 28 calendar days following the placement and confirmation of the order corresponding to the items you wish to return or exchange.

In any other case not mentioned above, no exchanges or returns will be made for any order or item.

Procedure

Once the items are received, their condition will be checked to verify their integrity and suitability. We recommend taking photos of the items before sending them. After this verification, the corresponding refund will be issued, or the product will be exchanged for another of the same value as the initially purchased item.

The shipping costs associated with the return will be refunded to the customer along with the amount corresponding to the requested refund.

In the case of an exchange, the shipping costs associated with sending the item for exchange will be refunded once the item has been received.

A copy of the shipping receipt must be provided to the email address vv@virginiavald.com, indicating the order number corresponding to the return.
