EXANGES AND RETURNS

Minimum Order Amount Accepted for Exchanges and Returns

Virginia Vald only accepts exchanges and returns for items with a value exceeding €50 (excluding shipping costs).

Validity Period

Returns and exchanges can only be requested within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date the order is received. This timeframe is considered sufficient for the customer to inspect the items and, if necessary, notify us of their intention to return or exchange a product.

Requests made outside this period will not be accepted, and returns or exchanges will not be processed for items that were not reported within the established timeframe.

Any situation not explicitly covered by this policy will be considered non-eligible for return or exchange, and therefore the corresponding request will not be accepted.

Procedure

Once the items are received, their condition will be checked to verify their integrity and suitability. We recommend taking photos of the items before sending them. After this verification, the corresponding refund will be issued, or the product will be exchanged for another of the same value as the initially purchased item.

The shipping costs associated with the return will be refunded to the customer along with the amount corresponding to the requested refund.

In the case of an exchange, the shipping costs associated with sending the item for exchange will be refunded once the item has been received.

A copy of the shipping receipt must be provided to the email address vv@virginiavald.com, indicating the order number corresponding to the return.
